Ordering policy 

All Orders are required to be booked at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. Rush Orders are available at an additional fee, but PLEASE send email to threadedpinkembroidery@gmail.com requesting this option.  To ensure there are no delays PLEASE submit all details for your event at the time of ordering. 

Upon receiving your order, I will create a proof which will require your approval. Your proof will be delivered to you as a PDF document via email (so please use a valid email address). You are required to thoroughly check your proof for spelling errors and all necessary corrections. Proofs must be approved within 48 hours in order to prevent delays with your order.

Once you checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and order number.  PLEASE send email with your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line along with the information below to: threadedpinkembroidery@gmail.com

Dont forget to check out the add on section to ensure you have enough gifts for family and friends.

Add on items can only be added to packages due to the time it takes to design.  

Once you complete your order a confirmation email will be sent with your order number.

Please provide up to 4 high quality photos for your design.

For best results, please do not submit screenshots, cropped images, collages, low resolution, or photos with the word Proof or any photos with a watermark.
